Refund policy

All items are made to order & I currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with your order please email me, I would LOVE to make it right in some way. 

Processing time is 7 to 10 business day  (unless noted otherwise), Once processed Shipping is 3-4 days(or less). Please keep in mind that mail is delayed due to the holidays and that is out of my control.
